Has this error gotten fixed?
If Yes - How do I work this on my system. I am still getting the same error.
If not how do you get fslmaths to give you a mean image from and 4D set with
200 time points? Is it an option? or do you have to enter each of the 200
volumes into the command line?
I get mcflirt to output one image before it stops and gives me an error
message. "midmerg_mcf_mean_reg.nii.gz" is this the mean from across the 4D
data image? Could I use this with the -refvol option and get the same thing
as -meanvol?
Thanks Christine
