Dear FSL masters,
I'm trying to run correlations between patterns of activations in
specific ROIs. Essentially I have a bunch of roi_cond_i.nii.gz images
and would like to assess how similar the activation is under different
conditions.
Is fslcc the tool for the job? I see from the utils page that it's meant
to look across volumes, but my images are 3D rather than 4D (which I
think explains the fact that the output triplet always has two 1s and
then a correlation number?). Does dimensionality matter for fslcc --
i.e. does having only 1 timepoint bias the correlation output?
cheers
Martin
