Dear FSL users,
I'm trying to run TBSS for axial diffusion (tbss_non_FA Axial) but it's
stuck while running randomise for t-test 2. "tbss_non_FA Axial" command
ended fine with message:
--------------------------------------------------
merging all upsampled Axial images into single 4D image
projecting all_Axial onto mean FA skeleton
now run stats - for example:
randomise -i all_Axial_skeletonised -o tbss_Axial -m mean_FA_skeleton_mask
-d design.mat -t design.con -n 500 --T2 -V
(after generating design.mat and design.con)
----------------------------------------------------
And when I ran the command, "randomise -i all_Axial_skeletonised -o
tbss_Axial -m mean_FA_skeleton_mask -d design.mat -t design.con -n 500 --T2
-V" it did the following:

AND IT HAS BEEN STUCK HERE FOR LAST THREE DAYS.
I'll appreciate your help to figure out what might be going wrong here. The
FA analysis worked fine.
