RODENT MRI IMAGING POST-DOCTORAL POSITION
NATHAN KLINE INSTITUTE, NEW YORK
We are currently seeking a motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow with rodent imaging
and/or electrophysiological recording experience for an NIH funded research study
focusing on functional and structural connectivity in the rodent brain, and the impact of
physiological manipulations and stressors. This work will have a particular focus on
developmental changes in brain connectivity and the impact of early stressors. Our
animal imaging facility is equipped with a 7.0 T 40 cm bore magnet with a Varian
console.
The Center for Advanced Brain Imaging also has a Siemens 3.0 T Trio (32 Channel)
system and a Siemens 1.5 T Siemens Vision system. We offer a competitive salary and

York City.
Qualifications: The minimum qualifications for a successful candidate include:
- completed PhD in physiology, neuroscience, neurobiology, bio-engineering, medical
physics or related fields.
- Significant hands-on experience in working with rodents and/or non-human primates.
- Significant experience with data recording and analysis.
* Programming experience in MATLAB,IDL, C/C++ or similar platform is a plus
