Announcing the
The e-Assessment-Question 2010 Conference and Exhibition
London, 17th/18th March 2010
Now in its eighth year the e-Assessment Question is the Conference and
Exhibition examining the practical aspects of e-Assessment and Computer
Based Testing and Assessment and its use from the classroom to the
workplace.
As the use of e-Assessment becomes increasingly widespread, we are seeing
greater innovation in the use of e-assessment, in the number of item-types
and in the range of tools and techniques available to deliver e-assessment.
The challenge amidst all the innovation and development is how to maintain
quality, reliability and validity and ensure fitness for purpose.
The conference this year takes quality as its theme with the focus on the first
day on innovation and the need to ensure reliability and robustness, and on
day two looking at quality, transparency and accountability in a world of
innovative e-Assessment.
Are you considering using computer based testing or using e-
portfolios and other innovative tools?
What are the implications for learners and teachers, as well as
examiners and managers?
Where are the issues in maintaining quality and fitness for purpose?
How does innovation impact on reliability and validity?
Are you concerned about the risks and costs?
Do you want to see the latest developments or want to upgrade
your current e-Assessment offering?
Are you involved with e-marking, e-Assessment or e-portfolios for
the first time and need to learn more?
What is best practice in e-Assessment?
Do you want to discuss the issues with colleagues and practitioners?
Booking may be made for either day or both days of the event. We trust you
or one of your colleagues will be able to join us for what will certainly prove to
be an invaluable and thought-provoking two days
