Hi everyone,
Here is a bug, that I get when I use Analysis for an hour or two. One of the window refuses to show any spectra but is still responsive to mouse (ie the buttons are still "clickable"), whatever I click on, nothing happen. If I close and reopen the window, it is still the same thing, I need to restart the application. As well, I have the following error in the console :
Mon Dec 7 19:03:49 mac python2.5[3250] <Error>: kCGErrorFailure: Set a breakpoint @ CGErrorBreakpoint() to catch errors as they are logged.
Mon Dec 7 19:03:49 mac python2.5[3250] <Error>: kCGErrorIllegalArgument: CGSBindSurface: Invalid window 0x70f

Mon Dec 7 19:12:48 mac python2.5[3250] <Error>: unknown error code: invalid drawable
error: xp_attach_gl_context returned: 2
The last three lines repeats each time I move the mouse pointer over the spectra area.
I use Analysis 2.1.2 with last patches, on mac OS 10.6.2 (XQuartz 2.3.4)
It is not a big deal, but a bit annoying.
Thanks for help,
