Hi Max,
A suggestion:
In Peak -> Peak Lists
choose the spectrum that you want to add your peaks to and click 'Add Sister List'
Then choose (select) the peak list that you want to copy and click 'Copy Peaks'. The choose the new peak list that you've created in the previous step with 'Add Sister List'. You may have to change the 'Active' peak list to be the new one that you've just added.
Does that solve your problem, or is there something more complicated that I'm missing?
