User Experience Testing Manager - Vodafone, London
Pemanent role to be based in Vodafone's Paddington office.
Role Purpose
Working as part of the User Experience team, the role holder will support the User Experience departments' work by providing management and coordination of UE usability testing activities. The role holder must co-ordinate with the other UE Testing Manager to deliver UE usability testing required by the UE team and ensure appropriate consolidation, synthesis, reporting and sharing of the findings; within the UE team and outside of the UE team to the wider organization.

* Reporting of testing status
* Application of UE team KPIs
* Effective working in project teams
* Suggestions and improvements adopted
* Feedback of key people interfaces
* Evidence of cost savings
* Suggestions and recommendations
* Level of complementary integration with UE plan
* Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives.
Role/Skill Requirements
* Formal training and experience in the full range of usability testing methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative. To include both personally running/ moderating these activities and managing others in running/ moderating.
* Experience in data analysis and statistics.
* Usability testing required in a commercial product and/or service development environment, including experience in mobile telecoms or related businesses. This experience should ideally come from consumer-oriented products, with some international experience and with significant exposure to innovation management.
* Skills and experience in structuring working processes, establishing and following project plans, setting milestones, etc.
* Proven track record in management of usability testing in both physical devices and screen based user interfaces.
* Ability to analyse and distil large amounts of data and information.
* Ability to extract design implications from raw test data
* Strong and consistent user focus, demonstrated through unfailingly putting the user and their needs ahead of features and technology.
* Excellent communication skills in verbal, written and formal presentation formats.
* Proven skills and track record in project management.
* Proven ability to drive effective delivery in cross-functional projects in a fast-moving, high-technology environment working with both internal and external resources.
* Commercial acumen gained through exposure to budgeting.
* Knowledge and experience of statistical analysis / techniques + treatment of user focused data
* Ability to use MS office tools to create a publish reports
