Are you seriously suggesting, Graeme, any organisation should pay you £47 to learn how to Twitter?  And doesn’t your pitch mitigate against interested individuals?  Your charge could suggest to many, including me, that there’s too much spare time and cash sloshing around the public sector when plenty of such advice is available free anyway, e.g. try starting at

I appreciate you want people’s interest and participation and seek to increase participation in museums and archives but why do you need their cash for an online seminar, what's it for?  Perhaps as well as revealing the broad contents of the seminar some transparency of your cash flow would be appreciated?
