Up to 13 China Scholarship Council-University of Leeds Scholarships are available for high quality international students who will be commencing PhD research study from session 2010-2011 for study in specified areas of research at the University of Leeds. One of the areas of research is Cancer Studies within the Leeds Institute of Molecular Medicine. Potential applicants with a strong statistical background interested in studying in the area of statistical genetics or genetic epidemiology in relation to cancer are encouraged to apply. The award will cover full international fees and the China Scholarship Council will pay a maintenance grant, return economy air travel to and from the UK and visa application fees.
