Hi,
During last night, the storage system vendor was able to log in remotely and repair the scarf file systems. At 3am they reported that the volumes all appear to be back online.
I have run a quick check of some home accounts to verify that the system does indeed appear to be responding. I have therefore re-opened the queues.
If you login and find any missing data please report it to the scarf helpdesk so we can take further action.
We will be following up with the vendor as to how this situation happened.
