Hello there
I work at a general FE college, but we are establishing a 500 place 6th Form centre as from September 2010. We will be offering A Levels across a range of subjects, and are likely to have small classes due to the nature of being on an island.
In planning our library and IT services, I really want to benefit from your experience. I would be so appreciative if you could answer the questions below (reply to me off list). Obviously, I will treat your answers in strictest confidence. I have used 'LRC' to mean anything that vaguely resembles a Library or Learning Resources Centre.
Thank you!

Do you provide group work areas? Are they well used?

If you have 'general' FE/HE learners as well, have you any comments on managing a service that caters for all cohorts?
Any other issues you feel I should be aware of?
Could I contact you at a later date to discuss any of your answers or generally pick your brains?
