Hi,
OK, at that resolution each image will take up 196MB in
memory, so that 17 would be 3.3GB and therefore any
attempt to make a copy of this internally would go over
6GB and could be a problem. The other thing to check
is that you are using a 64-bit machine *and* OS, and
not stuck with a 32-bit limit of 2GB per job.
Either way, cutting down the number of structures will
help.
