About the Seminar
Planned investment in public transport infrastructure and services provides a great opportunity to further improve the quality of the overall sustainable travel experience. To provide an attractive alternative to cars we must ensure that the improved public transport networks are planned to be accessible by and promoted to the local communities and the businesses they are meant to serve. This seminar will highlight the benefits of a holistic approach to transport infrastructure development in which promotes public transport use and walking for short journeys through planning and promotion.
