Hi Jef,
The same thing (looks fine in SPM, slightly off in MRIcron) happened to
me a few times about a year ago. I haven't noticed any problems since,
but if memory serves me correctly, swapping which image was the overlay
and which image was the background fixed the problem.
Best,
Neil

Then I coregistered the two images together. The output in SPM5 shows the 2 images perfectly matched up. The problem arises when I try to overlay the funtional image on the structural image in micro. the functional images is down and little to the right of matching up with the structural image. i have not preformed any slice timing or realignment on the structural image. Is this something that I would look to do? I would greatly appreciate any suggestions regarding how correct the overlay problem. Thank you in advance for any help regarding this matter.
