Hi all,
Not sure if anyone else has run into this issue using SPM8, but when the
flip parameter is set to either 1 or 0 in spm_flip_analyze_images.m, the
volumes remain in the same orientation throughout all the processing steps.
In other words, the spm_flip_analyze_images function seems to have no effect
during pre/post processing. This has been replicated on multiple machines
(matlab 7.1/Intelx86 - winxp/SPM8 and matlab7.9/Intelx64 - win7/SPM8) with
functional data containing lesions in one hemisphere.
A quick search through the SPM directory has this function being called in 4
locations, defined in 1 location, and in 5 comments (total 10)
