Hi,
A PhD student who is working with me is running a study where she wants
to run two related experiments one after the other (with a short 10
second break in beteween) during a single scan. we need to do this as it
is important that the break between studies is short. In the analysis
she would like to do a first order analysis on each experiment and then
do a second order analysis between the experiments. To do this we could
physically split the data up and analyse each experiment as if it was a
separate experiment. However, I was wondering, is it possible to do this
analysis without splitting the data up , using SPM?
Thanks for your help
