TWO PROJECT OFFICERS (MATHEMATICAL SCIENCES)
Salaries £32-38k (including London weighting) depending on experience
The National HE STEM Programme aims to increase the number of students studying for science, technology, engineering and mathematics degrees; make innovations in university degree curricula and engage employers in teaching and learning in England and Wales, and we are appointing an Employer Engagement and a Diversity and Integration Project Officer. One of the Officers will also be the Mathematical Sciences Programme Project Manager.
One position will be based in London WC1, the other London preferred, on fixed-term, full time contracts until July 2012.
Successful candidates will have:
* A degree in mathematical sciences or related STEM subject.
* Understanding of the schools, colleges and universities education system in the UK.
* Knowledge and understanding of employment areas for mathematical sciences students.
