There will be a Biomedical Ethics film Festival running at the Edinburgh
filmhouse Cinema from 20th-22nd November focussing on Eugenics. A selection
of films and documentaries will be shown over the 3 days with each one having
a panel discussion afterwards.
The films and documentaries showing this year include 'Gattaca', 'My Sisters
Keeper', 'Who's Afraid of Designer Babies' and 'The gift'.

This years' Biomedical Ethics film Festival is organised by the British Science
Association (Edinburgh and SE Scotland Branch), the Scottish Council on
Human Bioethics, the Edinburgh Filmhouse andthe ESRC Genomics Forum at
