haha. not sure what B. Keaton has to do with what I was talking about, but
certainly a gem.
what I enjoyed about that first video was precisely its 'emptiness', or more
like its minimalism. I just loved the everyday sounds, moments, items and
general attitude towards the playful aspect of physics -- it's an example of
comedy (or, as I'd like to stretch it, poetics) being found in trivial
things that we usually miss or disregard.
even though in my opinion William Carlos Williams did not focus explicitly
on finding or showcasing any kind of vein of humour in his poetry, it occurs
to me that his poetry does something slightly similar to what the
artist/maker of that video ("everything is everything") accomplishes. to me
anyway.
