Thanks everyone - it gives me some idea of the mammoth task to come!
Has anyone else done this before?

Hi Amanda,
I think you need to start with the maths of 2600 staff divided by 3 and then
how much time is required for each screening plus admin etc and over how
many available weeks you have to do the screening.
Availability of staff etc due to shifts/holidays etc etc
Against the cost of contract nurse/technician, your time to oversee etc etc
Good luck
Fiona

Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] Business case
Hi Folks,
Given the current climate our organisation are now keen to 'get rid' of what
the see as 'non essential' staff. Unfortuantley this includes a screening
nurse
on my team. I now need to put a business case together to prove why we
need a nurse to carry out surveillance. We have 2,600 employees who need to
be screened every 3 years - can anyone help?
