Dear MCGers
Regarding my email to the list below which mentioned a report by Jon
Pratty, I would like to publicly apologise to Jon and to put the record
straight on this list.
I am really sorry that the way it was written implied Jon hadn't
delivered something that was promised; that is not the case at all. I
had completely misunderstood the nature of the work that Jon was doing
for the West Midlands Hub, it is myself that is at fault over this not
Jon.
Jon has been unstinting in providing help and advice both through the
MCG list and directly to myself, which has always been much appreciated.
I am truly sorry for my ill-worded email and for causing Jon any upset.

Hi Linda
Many congrats! You must be feeling very chuffed.
On a different subject did Jon Pratty ever deliver the Web 2 report you
commissioned?
Linda

Subject: Pre-Raphaelite Online Resource - BIMA and DADI awards
I hope you don't mind me sharing the good news about our Pre-Raphaelite
website. Last night the Pre-Raphaelite Online Resource won a British
Interactive Media Association (BIMA) award in the Arts and Culture
category.
Last Friday we also won a DADI award in the category of Best Use of
Technical Innovation. The Drum Awards for the Digital Industries is one
of the
leading UK awards for digital companies.
This is our third award for the website as in September it recieved an
Interactive Media Award for Best In Class for Arts/Culture.
Thanks must go to JISC for funding the project, Tak! Design for doing a
fantastic job of developing the website, the project team at BMAG and
many
more. A full list of credits are here:
