Has anyone used fileopen with their managed PC service (if you have such a
thing). We are currently testing fileopen to see if it works on a managed
system. I get the impression that the people responding to the original message
are getting SEDs delivered to the Library rather than to end users. I'd be
interested in the experiences of those who use it to deliver directly to
requester's desktop.
Thanks
Elaine

The "quiet" referred to may because BL are not quite ready to fully launch or are waiting for an appropriate occasion (perhaps we may find out more on Friday at FIL@BL St Pancras). Certainly those who have been involved in testing have been encouraged to switch if they would like to - so there is definitely a commitment to the alternative!
