Dear colleague
Our popular BTEC Certificate accredited workshop “Essentials of Training Skills” is running in Newcastle upon Tyne, from 7th - 9th December 2009. The Early Bird rate is still just £995 and includes all fees including: course materials, registration on the qualification, lunch and refreshments on each day and certification fees.
The workshop has been designed and developed by our team of trainers, importing over 70 years of training experiences.
In the three days:
1. You will learn core skills needed to develop and refine training ideas.
2. You will be encouraged to develop your own training style and will be given the tools and confidence to succeed.
3. You will analyse and create learner profiles aimed at gearing training to a range of learning styles
4. You will learn how to design training for different kinds of audiences.
5. You will discuss methods of delivery and learn how to choose them appropriately.
6. You will learn the importance of effective training materials, and how they impact on your learners.
7. You will explore evaluation techniques.
This has always been a popular workshop, due to the way it offers both intensive training coupled with a nationally recognised qualification, enabling attendees to essentially gain a BTEC qualification in only a few days. Attendees are supplied with lmost everything they need to complete the Professional Development Qualification, that is to say, everything but the answers to the assessments!
Fast-track nationally recognised qualifications in Training Skills aren’t easy to find, many of the courses offered elsewhere deliver training but charge extra for accreditation. We have found that our all-in-one package means that you know exactly what they're going to get, with no hidden charges.
