Thanks Maritta, Nick Lewis of UEA co-owns the list so I did know about them.
As another correspondent has pointed out the original question was about
public libraries but many others replied. I didn't select anyone, just
summarised the responses I received - no matter who from.
If the list has the appetite for it I'm happy to run a fuller survey along
the lines of the one I ran back in 2008 with a few extra questions perhaps?
