Hi Scott, Hugh, others off the list,
Many thanks for the pointers to get us started. So far lists of 3, 4 and 32! The personas will represent DL users of specific characteristics and behaviours in low-fi UI prototypes and project board/team communication.
I'm not sure if I need specific software to generate these. But it will be interesting to find out if any particular software usage to create personas. It's always useful to know. We will host the personas on a wiki so that they can 'grow' or be killed off at least : )
Regards,
Boon
