Thanks to everyone who replied, and sorry for the lateness of this. I
have made a note of who is attending and who might be attending so that
I have an idea of numbers. I will try to get copies of the agenda
printed before the meeting so that we have them available.
I have attached a rough agenda. I'm expecting the meeting to be fairly
free-form, but as we only have 90 minutes I will not be expecting us to
spend a huge amount of time on each item, so several of them are likely
to crop up in subsequent meetings.
I'm intending on sending out notes after the meeting on what we've
covered for those who couldn't make it or who (like me) have poor
long-term memories for these things.
