Hi,
You can ignore the other outputs from the Glm GUI.
They are useful for functional analysis, but not for this.
As for registration problems - it will depend. If you have
a very large amount of neck in the image then you will want
to crop the image as well (to remove the neck). If you have
bad wrap-around (and some of your images do show some
wrap-around) then it may require some much more complicated
solution (e.g. cost-function weighting). But in general you can
try the fslswapdim solution to re-orient to axial as the first
attempt.
