This isn't enough information to work out what's gone wrong.
Can you describe the steps you've done to get to here and
what your design is like. Also, have you checked the individual
segmentation outputs?
To check the bvars file you can use the --reconMeshFromBVars
option in first_utils to create a vtk file that you can visualise with
FSLView. This works on the individual bvars file. However,
if you've used concat_bvars correctly then nothing should
go wrong with concatenating the bvars.
