I have DICOM files that I need to be segmented using FSL. I converted the .REC file to analyze format which gave me a .HDR and .IMG file. I used these files to run the segmentation in BET/FAST. However, I need the DICOM header information included with the file name, and converting from REC to ANALYZE will not keep that information intact. Is there another format that can be used in BET/FAST that will enable me to keep the DICOM header info attached to the file name? Would converting from DCM to NII and using NII files in BET/FAST accomplish this?
Thanks!
