As long as your images are in the same space (including sampling
resolution, etc.), you simply open one, then "add" the other. Then,
click on the 4D file in the image list (usually at the bottom of the
FSLView window) and select Tools->Timeseries. You get a window with
the time-series corresponding to cursor position (note - this may be
slow to click around, and I know this isn't inherent in the display
problem, as NeuroLens is quite fast with the same task on my machine).
In your structural view window, you can make your structural image as
the visible image, or whatever you'd like (e.g. you could put a zstat
image there, etc.), doing compositing, thresholding, or whatever you
need.
