We've used the between-subjects approach as prescribed by Jill O'Reilly's
web manual
(http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/Members/joreilly/how-to-run-a-ppi-analysis-in-feat)
and we are having some trouble interpreting the results. When extracting
beta weights from PE images (of the PPI regressor generated from a A-B
contrast and the seed region's timecourse), what would negative values mean?
Would they simply signify a negative correlation with the PPI regressor?
Thank you in advance for the help.
