Hello,
We're not quite sure what might be going wrong. So is it that spectra are
being randomly turned on and off? In 2.0.7 Tim says that the spectra
visibility was driven by the sequence assignment dialog, but in 2.1.2 the
tabs at the top of the spectrum window drive this, the dialog does not.
If this doesn't help then can you send us screenshots of the spectrum
window and the dialog?
Thanks, Wayne

For example, when I select a resonance in the panel, it creates correctly the strips but if I want to select / deselect spectra from the menu of each window, then things get ugly. The strips "randomly" change their display, ie HNCO in HNCA (or reversely) to name one, I have seen many combinations. I wrote random because I have not yet found a link between the occurrences of those displays.
