Generally Fab's are FABulously stable (da-ding, Artem made a funny). You
can expect some loss of activity/structure over a 6-month period if you
store them at 4C in Acetate buffer pH 5.6. If you freeze them at -80 (in
LN2 first, then into -80) they may be very well stable indefinitely.
