New Fees for Planning Applications - October 2009 (attached)
In the exceptions list for paying for planning application it states:
'For alterations, extensions, etc. to a dwelling house for the benefit of a
registered disabled person'
As there has been no general registration since 1999 when the Disability
Discrimination Act came into force I am a little bemused.
Has anyone come across the clarification for this - is it just for blind and
partially sighted people and deaf people who are registered, and / or those
registered with social services?
Thanks
