I think that it may still be possible, technically, to register as
disabled under the Chronically Sick and Disabled Person's Act. Someone
with more of a Social Work background may be able to help with that one.

I wonder why it still refers to a "registered disabled person" - that
hasn't existed since the DDA came in.
