Dear Wayne,
I have the same problem to quit Analysis v.2.1.2 last night and still have it now (although I updated today).
The Traceback I get today may be different to yesterday's and it appears endlessly (probably 100 times by now).
Exception in Tkinter callback

Thank you for your help!

Subject: Re: Analysis bug on quitting
Hello,
Thanks, a dumb typo. Fixed now.

When I want to quit Analysis, some windows do not want to quit, including the main menu window which simplifies itself only to the titlebar and I have a python exception (see traceback at the end of the mail). Note that this happened only if I work for "some" time on a project, not just simply open and then close a project.
