This message is for all UK & RoI academic members:
The 42nd Annual Conference of the UTSG is being held at the Centre for Sustainable Transport at the University of Plymouth, 5-7 January 2010. We have a full programme this year including three provocative plenary lectures on transport integration (Stephen Potter), modelling (Eddie Wilson) and opportunities and options for UK transport policy (a panel discussion led by Greg Marsden).
We also have a special plenary on the UKTRC to inform delegates about the new centre, its activities and opportunities now it is formally underway.
We look forward to seeing you here in Plymouth. May we remind you that the closing date for discounted registration is 20 November (registration is still possible after this date but at a higher rate).
May we also remind all authors that they should have their finished papers uploaded by the same date, 20 November. Don't forget to let Jon Shaw know by email ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>) if you would like your paper considered for the special conference issue of Transportation Planning and Technology.
We will circulate a preliminary Conference Programme soon, with a final one to follow in early December.
With all best wishes,
Jon.
