Hello SPMers,
It is typical to warp the con images for the second level analysis in order
to avoid resampling of the EPIs with normalization params. Now, my question
is regarding the first level analysis:
While conducting first level analysis using fMRI data, I would like to warp
the spmT image rather than warping all functional EPIs. So I would generate
the spmT image using EPIs in subject space. Then, rather than warping every
fMRI data with normalization params, I only warp the spmT image.
I was wondering when I bring up the results in SPM's GUI, is it possible
(and enough) to just replace the spmT image with the warped one or not,
assuming that the sizes of the images are remained the same after warping.
Thank you in advance,
Amir
