Yes - probably. tal2icbm is the right tool when the authors of the
previous paper have normalized to a template that used the Talairach
_transform_ for normalization... The Talairach transform isn't very
good at getting brains to be the same shape as the atlas, so if the
authors used some more complex transform to match to the atlas, then,
to the extent they succeeded, you might prefer the BioimageSuite
option.
