True of course, but by choosing the term they use it does give the
impression that they are looking for a typical early career, i.e young,
applicant rather than a career-changer. The application information
guide states that although there is no fixed age limit, "This award is,
however, designed to provide an opportunity for early career
post-doctoral researchers", which further suggests a preference for a
younger applicant.
