Hi
I am advising her part time employer and she is off with cancer which has now been treated. My question is - surely the full time employer will try and make adjustments and allow for a rehabilitation period/ phased return which could then cut out the part time employer, therefore making her return to P/T work even longer. But as DDA applies, maybe the part time employer would need to consider this as an adjustment in itself??? - minefield - thanks for your input.
