Hi Emrah,
We have the same setup here in Belgrade, without any problems. You
should include SE's resource BDII in just one site-BDII, while the
other site-BDII should not publish the data about the same SE. Of
course, you should configure the services of the second site using the
same SE for all configuration variables. Just contact us at [log in to unmask]
