Hi Gwenaelle,
Thanks
I was more talking about the n of B, C and E compared with D.
My B group has bigger sample size when compared to all other groups. Control (n=9), B(n=25), C (n=13), E (n=14) & D (n=20).
Thanks i will look at the documentation pages. I tried to find more information on TFCE but TFCE research page don' have any article listings, where can i find more info on TFCE.
Thanks

I was more talking about the n of B, C and E compared with D.

If they are uncorrected, they are *not* significant. But they might indicate that it would be if you use a more sensitive way of correcting for multiple comparisons...

Hmmm, no. Please have a look at the randomise manual (www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/randomise). Corrected p-vals are *_corrp_*, uncorrected p-vals are *_p_*.

Again, please have a look at the end of the FSL-VBM manual, the randomise manual and the fdr manual (www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/randomise).
Cheers,
Gwenaelle
