Hi,
I would like to include include 2 covariates in the FEAT first-level
analysis – timeseries of thalamus (the seed i am interested in) and also
timeseies from a WM region not expected to correlate with thalamus, to
attempt to remove global effects I am seeing with analysis run on the
timeseries for the thalamus alone.
Please could you tell me if the following is the correct set-up:
Enter as EV1 the WM ROI and switch off orthogonalisation and switch on
temporal derivative and filtering, and EV2 as the timeseries for thalamus,
switch on orthogonalisation wrt EV1 and temporal derivative and filtering.
Set up one contrast only EV1 (-1.0) and EV2 (1.0).
Many thanks in advance,
Eva
