Hi,
If you've run FEAT and you used your T1_3D_brain as the highres
image for the registration, then all you need to do is run the
Renderhighres GUI and select your FEAT directory and click
on the "main structural" option for both questions.
I'm not sure how your FLAIR fits into this though, but hopefully
the above is what you want to do.
