Dear all,
Before asking the question, I first explain what I am trying to do. In order to
use IRTK to run a nonrigid registration after using FLIRT,I have to set the origin
in the image to 0,0,0. Then I use FSL to analyse and data and reset the origin.
By using fsldh, it shows the data has dimension of 128X128X124, and pixdim is
0.68 0.68 1, and the origin is 69, 77, 78 (as shown below). I guess the pixdim is
measure by mm and origin is measured by voxel? If this is the case, the
coordination system in X dim should be -(69 * 0.68) to (128-69)*0.68?
data_type MR
dim1 128
dim2 128
dim3 124
dim4 1
datatype 4
pixdim1 0.6800000072
pixdim2 0.6800000072
pixdim3 1.0000000000
pixdim4 0.0000000000
cal_max 2945.0000
cal_min 0.0000
glmax 2945
glmin 0
origin1 69
origin2 77
origin3 68
file_type ANALYZE-7.5
Then I visualize the image from fslview, in the second colume of the cursor
tools panel (left bottom cornor), it shows cursor position of the voxel of (0,0,0)
is at (12405.92, -5622.24. -17608.00)mm, which is outside the range I
computed before. I do not know if I understand anything wrong here?
X 0 12405.92
Y 0 -5622.24
Z 0 -17608.00
Regards,
Xi
