Yes, if you run probtrackx with and without the --pd option and divide --pd
by non--pd with fslmaths you get a measure of the number of voxels
encountered along the trajectory of the path that it took to get from the
seed to that point.
Peace,
Matt.

Subject: [FSL] linear distance of ProbtrackX
Hi,
Is it possible to obtain a quantitative measure of linear distance of a
curvealinear ProbtrackX output? For example, the Arcuate Fasiculus curves
through the course of its trajectory. Would there be a simple way to
describe the path distance in a quantitative fashion?
Many Thanks for any assistance you can provide,
Jenifer
