Dear Colleague,
The Economics Network is looking to enhance the Classroom Experiments part
of our website. The intent is to develop a new, dedicated sub-site called:
‘Classroom Experiments: Top Games and User Forum’
The focus of this site is on hand-run or paper-based games rather than
computer-based games but if your favourite games can be played in either
format please mention this. To enable us to list the top experiments and
games –as chosen by you – we ask that you nominate your favourite game(s)
through the following link. There is a maximum of three votes per person.
http://www.economicsnetwork.ac.uk/themes/games/form
In order to nominate your favourite game all you need to know is the title,
the URL you access it from, what level and type of course it is useful for
(eg. Principles micro or macro or intermediate/advanced) and up to three
economic keywords (for example the economic concepts the experiment highlights).
We are dependent on your feedback in order to create an interactive forum
where we can share our successes and problems with different games and pick
up new, tried and true, classroom experiments. Once the initial votes have
been combined onto the new webpage you will then get the opportunity to post
your feedback on the good, the bad and the ugly of each game.
Best wishes
Mary Hedges, Project Leader
