Risk is potentially greater if the building is only occupied occasionally as
there is more time for a dangerous concentration to build up in an
unventilated or poorly ventilated room or similar.

Very posh sheds and 'garden rooms' tend to be constructed on substantial
reinforced concrete bases, so I would imagine there would be no elevated
risk compared with a house. In fact, risk is probably lower due to the
increased level of ventilation and the lower occupancy time. I would have
thought...
